Jackie has extensive experience in both first-hand and second-hand property sales and acquisitions (both residential and non-residential), mortgage and re-financing transactions, as well as leases and tenancies of all property categories. He helps clients conduct title checks on land exchange and resumption and supports clients by providing corresponding legal advice on land grants, modification letters, waivers, certificates of exemption and licences.
He is also an experienced litigator on land-related matter. His experience includes handling judicial reviews, cases concerning the Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance (Cap. 545), land boundary disputes and recovery of possession of unlawful land occupation.
