Katie focuses her practice on property-related transactions including sale and purchase of residential, commercial and industrial properties in secondary market, tender sale, intra-group transfer, property mortgage financing, tenancies, and other conveyancing matters and advice. She also advises and acts for clients in title checking of different kinds of properties and conducting due diligence exercise on property ownership / encumbrances in shares acquisition and other commercial transactions including the listing of REITS.
