Anita Lok

Anita joined the firm in 2004 and became a Partner in 2010.
Anita has practised in Hong Kong for more than 25 years and she has extensive experience in real estate legal practice with focus on land development project matters, including advising clients on legal compliance with Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance, drafting of deed of mutual covenant and obtaining pre-sale consent. She has also participated in a number of urban renewal redevelopment projects for statutory bodies or private developers in Hong Kong.
