Sam is a seasoned civil litigator with more than 20 years’ experience. He is a trusted advisor to property developers in Hong Kong, offering a wide range of assistance covering building management, tenancy disputes, distraint of premises, easement, compulsory sale for redevelopment and adverse possession. Sam also has extensive experience in tort disputes including nuisance and defamation, as well as general commercial disputes, bankruptcy and insolvency. He also advises on professional negligence.
