Woo Kwan Lee & Lo represented China Automation Group Limited on the listing of its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 12 July 2007 by way of placing and public offer, raising approximately HK306 million. China Automation Group Limited is a leading safety and critical control system providers for the petrochemical, oil and gas and railway industries in the PRC.  Partner Mr. Brian Leung was in involved in this project.
